Before
20 year old patient desired moderate fullness without looking "fake". Difficulty here is that the patient has a fairly narrow chest wall & shoulder girdle, and regular implants might give her too much width to the breasts (bulging out under the arms). I chose to use higher profile implants with narrower base diameter to offer "fullness without fakeness". Patient may have benefitted from silicone implants, but could not use do to age (must be 22 years old to receive silicone implants). However, current result extremely soft and implants are not perceptible.
