Before

This lady had several pregnancies which left her with a lot of loose skin and stretch marks over the abdomen. No amount of dieting or exercise will tighten loose skin after pregnancy. The only option is an abdominoplasty.

After

She is shown after undergoing a full abdominoplasty to remove as much skin as possible, as well as tighten the abdominal muscle layer, which is often stretched out too. In this case, there is a vertical scar, which is where the skin had to be repaired after repositioning her belly button. This was done to keep her long, "bikini" scar at, or below her bikini line. The stretch marks that remain can sometimes be helped with a laser.
