Before

T'his patient has a very lax and irregular abdomen. The problem is mostly skin and nothing she can do on her own will help this. She is a great candidate for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Liposuction won't solve this because it will only remove fat and she needs skin removed as well.

After

She is shown after a full abdominoplasty. Her case was interesting in that her belly button stalk had been cut by prior surgery and in order to preserve it, I had to first remove it and then put it back on as a graft. It took beautifully and looks like a natural belly button.
