Before

This lady had two children dislike her bulging abdomen, loose skin, and extensive stretch marks. I suggested an abdominoplasty. 

After

She is shown 6 months after a tummy tuck in which I removed 1000 grams of skin and fat (2.2 lb) and tightened up the muscles. She made an excellent scar. She still has a slight bulge to the lower abdomen. Most women have this unless they have superb muscle tone, which most mothers do not have. This rarely detracts from the nice aesthetic look of the abdomen.
