Before

This young woman was unhappy with her abdomen. The preoperative photos demonstrate why. Her skin was too loose for liposuction. I suggested a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and she went ahead with this. 

After

She moved out of state before I was able to get final photographs of her but she sent me these with a very nice thank you note. Nothing short of a full abdominoplasty would have accomplished such dramatic improvement in the look of her abdomen and her result is fantastic even with the surgical scars. You can see how far I pulled the skin down to tighten it by how much the tattoo was displaced.
