Before

This young lady stated that she always felt her breasts were too small. She has had 2 children. Her bra size was a 34 A and even when she was breast feeding, she only went up to a B cup. She wanted more fullness and to feel better proportioned but did not want to be "showy". She demonstrates several challenges. Her breasts are quite small, there is a substantial gap between them, and there is some asymmetry in the position of her nipples. 

She underwent augmentation with 397 cc Allergan Natrelle Style 15 round, smooth silicone gel implants, placed under the muscle. The incisions were under the breasts and were 4 cm long (just over 1 1/2 inch). After surgery her bra size is a C-DD depending on the bra. Her breasts are soft and feel very natural. The slightly round shape reflects her anatomy and would be the same whether the implants were round or tear drop shaped. She has all the normal feeling in her breasts.
