Before

You don't have to be in perfect health to have breast augmentation. This young lady has type I (insulin dependent) diabetes but is well controlled. She was a 32 A cup after having children. She was up to a C/D while nursing.

After

She is shown 6 months after having a breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, high profile saline implants placed under the muscle through a 3/4 inch incision under the breasts. The implant volume is 325 cc. High profile implants were used to get her more volume and projection despite her narrow chest. Her postoperative cup size is a C from Victoria's Secret. They are soft and have normal sensitivity.
