Before

This young lady was an A cup before her pregnancy, went up to a D cup while nursing, and afterwards, remained a B cup. She like the larger size and wanted to be fuller and better proprotioned. Family planning was not finished and she understood that future pregnancies would affect her breasts in upredictable ways, with or without implants.

After

She is shown after undergoing breast augmentation using Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscles. The implants are 375 cc, filled to 400 cc. Her final bra size is a D cup. She is very soft and has normal sensivity in her breasts.
