Before

This lady was an A cup. After several pregnancies her breasts were a bit droopy but not to the point where she wanted a lift. She wanted more volume to fill a C cup.

This view shows the slight sagging best and also demonstrates that she has a slightly "sunken" chest, which will play a role in her outcome and what kind of cleavage she has.

After

She has undergone a breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, high profile saline placed under the muscle through a 1 inch incision under the breasts. The implant volume is 400 cc. She is now between a C and D cup. She is very happy with the size. Her skin is still a little loose but the only way to correct that is a bigger implant, which would leave too big, or a lift, which would leave her scars. This result should hold up for years before she may droop further, enough to need a lift. She has nearly normal feeling in the breasts.
