Before

This patient desired more fullness after several pregnancies. She presented some challenges to breast augmentation because of the degree of sagging and loose skin of her breasts. She did not want the scars of a breast lift and was willing to accept a slightly larger implant to achieve her goals. Because of the need for a larger implant, I reccomended she consider using gel implants instead of saline. She wanted to look natural and well proportioned but not overly showy. She started as a 32 D cup bra size. 

After

Her results are shown 6 months after a subpectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle, Style 15 round, smooth cohesive gel implants. The implants are 457 cc. Her breasts feel very soft and natural. Her photos make her look more rounded than she does in person. Given her challenges, it is a wonderful result. She has retained all normal sensitivity in her breasts and nipples. Her bra size is now a 36 C (remember, she was a 32 D before, just another reason I believe bra cup size is largely useless for describing breast size).
