Before
At 48, this patient was a little older than the usual seeking breast augmentation. She wanted to restore fullness she lost after having children. She was a 36 C cup.
After
She is shown after augmentation with Mentor round, smooth moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle. Final fill volume was 450 cc. Her new cup size is a DDD cup from Victoria's Secret (Victoria's Secret makes their bras smaller than just about anyone else so their cup size is hard to compare to other manufacturers). Her breasts looks and feel very natural and she has all of the normal feeling in them.
