Before

Thsi middle-agred woman presented seeking breast augmentation. She was tired of wearing "fake" bras for her A cup breasts and "adult breasts". She wanted to look well proportioned and natural, but not "showy". 

After

She is shown after breast augmentation using Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants under the muscle. Her implant size is 350 cc. She has gone from an A to a 34 C cup in most bras and a D cup from Victoria's Secret (Victoria's Secret bras are sized very small so their customers will feel better about their bra size). She says her breasts are a little more sensitive than they were before. Her breasts look and feel almost entirely natural. She said her gyncologist did not realize she had implants.
