Before

This young lady breast fed two children for over a year apiece and described her breasts after this as "empty bags". She wore a 34/36 B "push up" bra. She was seeking more fullness but wanted to look natural and not too showy. 

After

She had an augmentation with Mentor round, smooth moderate profile saline implants partially under the muscle. Her implant size is 400 cc. She is now a 34 DD cup size and has retained all the normal feeling in her breasts. They look and feel almost entirely natural. She considered changing out to larger implants but the present result is so good I have recommended she take time to seriously consider whether she wants to risk such an exceptional outcome by trying to go larger.
