Before
This young lady sought breast augmentation for disporoportinately small breasts. She was very tall and athletic. She presented some real challenges to getting a great result. Her breasts were assymetrical, very narrow, and widely separated. The areolae were disproportinately large for her breasts. Her breast tissue was dense. Breasts like these are some of the most difficult to augment with a natural result. The goals were to get her a more nicer shape, a better proportioned size, and make her more symmetrical. Her young age dictated that we use only saline implants.
After
She is shown after breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, saline implants placed in a dual plane pocket under the muscle. The implants are 375 cc and are slightly overfilled to 400 cc. Her bra size went from a Victoria's Secret 36B cup to a DD cup. Victoria's Secret sizes their bras very small so she is probably a more realistic full C to small D in most bras. She has retained normal sensitivity in her breasts. Because of her young age and tight skin, she did develope some faint pink stretch marks on the underside of her breasts. This is where most of the tension on the skin occurs. They do not bother her or detract from her superb result and they will fade away in time. Her breasts are soft and feel very natural. The implants have evened her out nicely and her areolae are in better proportion to her breasts. I call such a result a "home run".
