Before

This young lady had two children and was unhappy with the "deflated" look of her breasts. All she needed was a little volume replacement. She did not know her bra size since she only wore sports bras. She wanted more fullness but did not want to be overly large or "showy". 

After

She is shown 6 months after breast augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants placed in a dual plane pocket. This position is under the muscle but the muscle release is a bit more extensive to avoid the movement or traction on the skin when she contracts her muscles. Her implants are 425 cc, filled to 450 cc. Her bra size is now a 36-38 D cup. She loves her new breasts. She has normal sensitivity in both. My only concern in her is that her breasts are so soft that the scar tissue around the implants is clearly very thin and filmy. This increases the chance that, over the years, her pockets may stretch a bit causing malposition of the implants. I have counseled her to wear good, supportive bras as much as possible, even at night, to preserve her exceptional result.
