This lady sought breast augmentation in her 40's. Her bra size was an A cup and she sought more fullness but wanted to look natural. 

After

In 2007, I placed Mentor smooth, round, saline implants under the muscle through 1 inch incisions. The implants were 350 cc, filled to 375 cc. Her cup size went up to a C/D cup. She obtained a wonderful result with breasts that were soft, looked very natural, and retained normal sensitivity.

The first set of photos show her 6 months after her surgery. The second set shows her 13 YEARS after the surgery. Her health remains perfect. 

She is 13 years out and continues to be very happy with her implants. Sitting up, she looks perfect. Laying on her back, the implants shift a bit more to the side and up than ideal but this is not bothering her. This can be corrected but only with more surgery to cinch down the pocket with stitches. If I did that, I would recommend switching to silicone gel implants at this time.
