Before

This young woman desired breast augmentation. She wore a 34 padded B cup bra and wanted to look a natural as possible. 

After

She is shown 6 months after augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants. The implants are 325 cc and filled to 350 cc. Her final bra size is a Dd cup (but this is from Victoria's Secret and they make their bra sizes very small, so she is realistically more a full C/D cup). Her nipple sensitivity is normal. Her breasts are exquisitely soft and feel very natural, both sitting up and laying on her back. She does show some stretch marks but these were present before surgery. Young patients, especially those who have never had children, are more prone to stretch marks. This patient was too young for gel implants and did not want to wait a year until she was old enough to get them.
