Before

This young woman with two children desired fuller breasts. She was a 38 C cup and felt that she was still too small for her frame. I recommended smooth, round saline implants placed under the muscle.

After

I performed her surgery using Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants. Her implants are 475 cc, and are filled to 500 cc. She is shown 6 months after her surgery. Her new bra size is a 38 DD/40 D from Victoria’s Secret. Her breasts look and feel almost perfectly natural. She has retained normal sensitivity in her breasts.

Her case is unusual in that, despite being on birth control, she became pregnant two months after the surgery. She was not able to nurse but this situation was the same for her prior two children before surgery. I saw her five years later for a routine checkup, which I recommend to all patients. Her breasts looked and felt exactly the same as when I last saw her.
