Before

This young lady came in seeking breast augmentation because she felt her breasts were too bottom heavy and not full on top. She also thought they were too far apart. Her bra size was a 36 C cup from Victoria's Secret. She wanted to look natural and not "over-the-top" large. 

After

I performed an augmentation using Mentor smooth, round, high profile saline implants under the muscle. The implant size is 380 cc. Because of a very slightly larger left breast, I filled the left implant to 400 cc and the right one to 420 cc. She had a smooth and uneventful postoperative course and was delighted with her new breasts. She did achieve more fullness on top and very nice cleavage. She retained normal sensitivity in them. Her bra size increased to a DD cup from Victoria's Secret. I saw her a year and a half later and her result looked, if anything, better than when these postoperative photos were taken.
