Before

This patient, like so many others, experienced significant loss of volume in her breasts as a result of having children and losing a lot of weight. She wanted more fullness, but did not want to be too large, and she wanted to look as natural as possible. Her bra size was a 34 B cup

After

She is shown six months after undergoing breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle, Style SRM, smooth, round, gel implants placed in dual-plane pockets (partial under the muscle). Her implants are 405 cc. Her postoperative bra size is a 34 DD from Victoria's Secret (they make their bras so their cup sizes are always larger than for comparable bras from other manufacturers. I think they do this so their customers feel good about their bra size). Her breasts look and feel almost perfectly natural. She did experience some change in sensation of her nipples, but remains very happy with her new breasts.
