Before

This young woman always felt she was proportionately too small and, after having children, her breasts now looked deflated and saggy. She was somewhere between a 36A and 34B cup. She really was not sagging, just a bit deflated, and only needed a little more volume. 

After

She is shown 6 months after augmentation with Allergan Natrelle Inspira, Style SRM, smooth, round, gel implants with a volume of 360 cc. Her breasts lookd and feel wonderfully soft and natural. Her nipple sensitivity is diminished, but still slowly recovering. It can take up to a year for full sensation to return. Around one in ten patients will experience permanent loss of some degree of sensitivity in the nipples and there is not much to be done about that. Her new bra size is a 36C. She is delighted with her new breasts.
