This young lady had the usual concerns of those seeking breast augmentation- she had always felt that they were too small for her and she experienced loss of fullness after nursing her children. Her bra size was a 36 B cup. She wanted to be  nicely proportioned but not overly large or showy. I find that most women seek a natural look and do not want to look too big. This, of course, is subjective as what is too big for one person is just right or even too small for another. This is part of the art of breast augmentation.

She is shown six months after augmentation with Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round 405 cc gel implants. These were inserted through a 3.5-4 cm (2.54 cm=1 in) incision under her breasts an placed into "dual plane" pockets, indicating they are partially behind the chest muscles. She has normal sensation in her nipples. Her breasts are exquisitely soft and feel very natural . Her new bra size is 36 D cup at Victoria's Secret. She is delighted with the result, as am I. 

She returned a year later for an unrelated concern and a routine check of her implants. I usually recommend every other year for these. She is having no problems and remains delighted with her result. Nothing has changed with respect to her breasts. Then look and feel almost perfectly natural. When she contracts her chest muscles, there is minimal tugging on the skin, which does not compromise the look of her breasts in the least. I would rate her outcome as a 10 out of 10.
