Before

I have always committed to following my breast implant patients indefinitely. I recommend that they come to see me every two years for a free check of their breasts and implants. This way, I can see for myself how they are doing and update them on the ever-changing subject of breast implants. Few ever return. I assume they are doing well and don’t wish to be bothered. Now and then, one does return.

This lady saw me over two years ago for breast implants. She was over forty, had completed having children and wanted fuller breasts. Her bra size was a 32 B cup.

After

I performed her breast augmentation with 330 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants place behind the muscle. These are not large implants. Her bra size increased to a 34 DD cup. This was in a Victoria’s Secret bra and they always size patients larger than other bra makers. She did lose some sensitivity in her nipples but said this did not detract from her satisfaction with the result.

Two years later she came in for a check-up. She said she was doing fine, having no problems and still loved her implants. Her nipples recovered some sensation but she said they are still quite numb, but she is so used to this she hardly notices it. She remains very happy.
