Before

It is nice when you get a result that is truly delightful. This young lady presented with several challenges. Her breasts were disproportionately small and very uneven. She sought to  have them fuller and more symmetrical. 

After

I performed her augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, high profile saline implants. The left is 330-400 cc implant, filled to 340 cc. The right is a 380-450 cc implant filled to 450 cc. The result speaks for itself. Her breasts feel almost perfectly normal. Her bra size before surgery was an A/B cup. She has not sized herself into new bras, but I would her to be a full C to small D cup.
