This young lady had proportionately small breasts for her frame and was very asymmetric, more so than most patients. Asymmetry is one of the most difficult things to deal with and I tell all such patients that there will always be some residual asymmetry that no surgery can fully correct. 

After

I performed her augmentation with Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants placed behind the muscle. The left implant is 445 cc and the right implant is 485 cc. Her asymmetry is much better. Her preoperative bra size was a 40C cup. Her postoperative bra size is a 38DD from Victoria's Secret. Her breasts feel very soft and natural. Her nipple sensation is still not back to perfectly normal, but steadily getting there. She is very happy.
