Patient - Breast Augmentation

Before

This 37 year old patient came in after having 4 children and breast feeding all of them. Her breasts loss a great deal of fullness and she was wearing an A cup bra. Her narrow chest width made her a candidate for high profile implants.

She is shown before and after breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, high profile saline implants placed under the muscle. Implants are 330 cc, filled to 350 cc. She had some natural asymmetry that was significantly corrected by the implants without having to do anything specific. Her breasts are soft and very natural in look and feel. She has all of the normal sensitivity and is wearing a 34 C cup bra.
