Before

This middle-aged lady had lost 100 pounds and was unhappy with her sagging breasts. She was felt to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy). Because of the amount of sagging, her surgery required incisions around the areolae, vertically down to the crease under the breasts, and along that crease. 

After

She is shown 6 months after her lift. The scars are very fine and faint and the improved contour and "perkiness" are well worth them. She has retained all of normal feeling. Her bra size did not change substantially. Cup size may go down with a lift alone in some women.
