Before
This young woman had very asymmetric breasts. The right was droopier and both had a problem called herniation of the nipples. Both areolae were much too large for the breasts. She did not want bigger breasts, just a nicer proportion and better symmetry. A breast lift (mastopexy) was done using an incision around the areolae.
