This young lady experienced severe loss of volume and sagging after nursing 2 children. She wanted her breasts lifted and fuller. The degree of sagging made her a poor candidate for implants alone.

She is shown after undergoing a breast lift followed 4 months later by breast augmentation with round, smooth saline implants placed under the muscles. Because of the difference in size of her breasts, her right implant is 375 cc and the left is 325 cc. Bra size went from a C cup to a D cup. Her result is exceptional in all respects.
