Before
This 40-something lady desired breasts that were more "perky" and sought a breast life (mastopexy). She was happy with her size and did not want implants. After a thorough discussion of this procedure, she felt the that scars of a lift would be worth the improved contour.
After
She is shown 6 months after a breast lift using a traditional "inverted-T" or "anchor" incision, which leaves scars on the margin of the areolae, down the middle of the lower half, and under the breasts. To see the amount of lift achieved, look at the position of the prominent mole on the left breast relative to the nipple. The nipple was raised between 2-3 inches. Her scars should fade even more with a bit more time. She has all of the normal sensitivity to her breasts and nipples.
