Before
This unfortunate young lady has severely malformed and asymmetric breasts. As with all such deformities, this one did not become apparent until she reached puberty and her breasts began to develop. She has almost no breast development on the left. The right breast is narrow-based breast with marked drooping and a large areola. To get her something more normal appearing and even, I performed a right breast lift and a left breast augmentation with a saline implant. The right breast had a volume of 750 cc and the left around 225 cc.Â
After
After surgery, she is much improved but not exactly where I would like. The right breast looks much better in shape and "perkiness" but she makes dark scars. These will hopefully fade over a year or so. On the left, it is difficult to put in a 500 cc into such a small breast. My critique there is that the breast sits too low. If I revised this, I would life up the lower crease of the breast and use a slightly smaller implant. For now, she is happy and can wear normal clothes. I expect to see her back some day for some touch up work that should get her an ever better outcome.Â
