Before

This lady was diagnosed with cancer of her right breast and precancerous changes in the left. She elected to undergo bilateral mastectomies to remove her breasts. She wished for reconstruction and was felt to be a good candidate for doing this with tissue expanders and implants. The tissue expanders were placed at the time of her mastectomies. Her postoperative course was unusual in that her surgeon had to take her back a second time for a positive margin for cancer in her skin.  Despite this, she did very well well with her reconstruction. 

After

Her reconstruction was uneventfully completed. She has Mentor round, smooth, high profile silicone gel implants. The right one is 700cc. The left one is 650 cc. Breasts are very soft and both feel and look very nice. 

Here she is at her last visit. She had a total of three procedures to get to this point.
