Before

This 71 YO woman had a right mastectomy for cancer. I place a tissue expander at the time of her surgery for reconstruction. She is shown after the expander was fully inflated. 

After

She is shown after completion of her reconstruction. The nipple/areola area was reconstructed in a minor two stage process to create a nipple from small skin flaps on the reconstructed breast and then tattooing the color in. The final result, while imperfect in matching the breasts perfectly, is quite good and both of us were pleased with the outcome.
