Before

This middle-aged women presented with all the usual complaints associated with large, heavy breasts. She had chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain; painful grooves in her shouders; rashes under her breasts; and episodes of numbness and tingling down her arms. She had tried different bras and chiropractic manipulation without relief. She was wearing a 36 DDD cup bra. There was no doubt she would benefit from a breast reduction. Her insurance approved the surgery. 

After

6 months after a breast reduction that removed a relatively modest 3/4 of a pound from each breast she has no more symptoms. Her bra size is now between a 36 C and D cup. Her scars are still slightly pink and will fade further with a little more time.
