Before

This lady came to see me with severe problems related to her 34 DDD cup breasts. In addition to the usual back, neck, and shoulder pain, she had permanent, deep, painful indentations in her shoulders from her bra straps, which can be clearly seen on the photograph. These alone often indicate severe problems due to overly large breasts. She could not obtain relief with any non-surgical measures. 

After

I performed a breast reduction on her with removal of 448 grams (15.8 oz) from the left breast and 514 grams (18.1 oz) from the right one. She is shown 6 months after the surgery. Her bra size is not known as she is wearing only light sports bras, but I would guess her to be full C to D cup. All of her presenting symptoms and pain resolved completely. She has excellent scars but does have a small pucker on the side of the right breast. This could be corrected with a small touch up but, like most patients, she is happy and does not want to do anything more.
