Before

This young lady came in with the usual problems associated with large breasts: back, neck, and shoulder pain. Her pain was severe and she had suffered with this for years. She tried everything, including over-the-counter pain meds, muscle relaxants, physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation, and, of course, many different bras, all with no relief. Finally, a relative referred her to me. Her bra size was a G cup. Her insurance required that I remove 260 grams per breasts in order to qualify her for coverage for a breast reduction. 

After

She is shown 6 months after a reduction of 500 grams (1.1 lb) on the left breast and 650 grams (1.4 lb) on the right. Her new bra size is a D-DDD depending on the make of bra she chooses. Nearly all of her presenting symptoms have resolved. Her insurance covered her surgery.
