Before

This middle-aged woman lost over 100 pounds by diet and exercise. She came in unhappy with the sagging of her breasts and loose skin of her abdomen. She had unusually lax skin. The scar on her chest is from removal of a benign tumor years earlier. 

After

She is shown after a full breast life (mastopexy) and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). I attempted a limited tummy procedure first, without disturbing her belly button but this did not produce enough tightening above this. A second tummy tuck was done later to provide for the desired correction.
