Before

This lady was unhappy with her droopy breasts after nursing three children. She really did not want larger breasts. She had also lost a lot of weight and was unhappy with the very loose skin of her abdomen and the lower abdominal "apron" of skin and fat hanging down. Neither of these could be corrected without surgery. She was an excellent candidate for a breast lift and a tummy tuck. These are often referred to as a "mommy makeover", a term I dislike because I feel it suggests that this is other than a major surgical procedure. 

After

I performed a combined breast lift and tummy tuck. This totaled 6 hours and 26 minutes of surgery under general anesthesia in our office. She had an uncharacteristically stormy course after surgery with an unusual partial collapse of her right lung, the cause of which was never determined. This resolved without further issues and she went on to a very nice result. Her final photos were taken six months after surgery.
