This young lady nursed 2 children and experienced loss of fullness and sagging of her breasts, a very common occurrence. I felt she would do best with a breast lift and implants. These two operations work against each other and should rarely be done at the same time. I did her lift first and then put in implants 4 months later. 

After

She is shown 6 months after both procedures. She received Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile implants placed under the muscle. Because of her slight asymmetry, a 375 cc implant was used on the right and a 325 cc implant on the left. Her cup size went from a C to a D cup. She has an exceptional result.
