Before

This young lady has a very uncommon skin condition that causes scarring and resulted in deformity of her left breast with asymmetry compared to the right. Both breasts were proportionately small and saggy. The abdominal scar and distortion of the belly button are due to her condition as well. I first did a bilateral breast lift then came back later to put in implants. 

After

In the after photos, she has undergone a lift of both breasts then, a few months later, augmentation with Mentor Style 2000 round, smooth moderate profile plus saline implants under the muscle. Bra size went from a 36 C to a 36 D/DD cup. There is a slight contour irregularity to her breast, seen on the oblique view, but this is modest and, overall, she looks wonderful and is very soft, with normal sensitivity in both breasts.
