Before

The young woman came to see me for breast enhancement. She wanted her breasts to be more full and perky. She had also had a tummy tuck elsewhere and her incision became infected and broke down. She was unhappy with the scar and asked if I could improve it. I assured her I could. We discussed her situation and I recommended a breast lift first as I felt this might satisfy her. Breast lifts with simultaneous insertion of breast implants are risky procedures with a high rate of complications and the two opposing procedures require that each be compromised. Her preoperative bra cup size was a 38-40 C cup.

After

I performed her breast lift and abdominal scar revision and she obtained a very nice result from both. After living with her breasts for a few months, she returned and requested breast augmentation for more fullness. I performed that surgery using 360 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants in pockets behind the muscle. I used a segment of her breast lift scar for my incision. She is shown 3 months after this surgery. Her breasts look and feel very natural and she has retained all of her normal sensitivity. Her bra size is a DDD cup at Victoria's Secret.
