This lady was unhappy with her loose, full anterior neck and the prominent grooves under her eyes and on either side of her nose. 

She underwent laser assisted Lifesculpt liposuction of the neck to reduce the fullness and tighten the skin, and fat grafting to her face to smooth out the contour and give her a softer, refreshed look. 

These produced a very nice result for her with much less surgery and expense than the alternatives, including a full facelift.
