This attractive lady did not like that her droopy upper eyelids made her face look more aged and tired than she felt. I suggested a simple removal of the excess skin, called a blepharoplasty, a thirty minute procedure under local anesthesia with light IV sedation. Recovery is quick and patients can look presentable in a week or so and resume normal activities within two weeks. No other facial procedure produces as much "bank-for-the-buck" as an upper eyelid rejuvenation,
