Before

This 45 year old lady felt that the loose and wrinkled skin of her lower face made her look aged and tired. She had beautiful eyes and the upper half of her face was fine. I recommended a full facelift with SMAS (tightening of the muscles of the face as well as the skin, to provide a more natural and  longer lasting result). She also felt that her skin was coarse so I suggested a chemical peel for that.

She is shown 3 months after the procedures. She said she felt 10 years younger and I think we may have taken even more than that off of her preoperative appearance. She is wearing essentially the same make-up except for a bit more eye shadow in the after photos.
