Before

This attractive, healthy, and trim woman was showing the inevitable signs of getting older with loose skin in her lower face, marked wrinkling, and visible skin/muscle bands in the neck. Her primary concern was the loose skin of her neck, her saggy jowls, and wrinkle lines in her cheeks. I suggested a SMAS facelift to tighten the skin and muscles under the skin.

After

She is shown nearly six months after the surgery. No other work was done. Her face has a wonderfully refreshed and more youthful look without being overdone or looking like she has had plastic surgery. Only her hairdresser will ever see her scars, maybe.
