Before

This lady presented with severe ptosis (sagging) of her eyebrows, to the point where it interfered with her upper visual field. This was confirmed by a visual field examination and her insurance covered a brow lift as medically necessary. 

After

She has undergone a temporal brow lift through limited incisions in the hairline. This is much less surgery than the traditional incision from ear to ear. It very nicely lifted the eyebrows. She still has a bit of true extra skin and might benefit later from a blepharoplasty to removed some eyelid skin directly.
