"This lady wanted to have the wrinkles around her mouth smoothed.  She had a resurfacing using the carbon dioxide laser, the only laser that can address wrinkles this severe.  She has what I consider to be a perfect result.  The improvement is dramatic but not perfectly smooth.  A perfectly smooth result would have looked odd and out of place".
