Payment Policy
Minor in-office procedures: any amounts due (including the procedure fee and supply fee if applicable) must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the procedure. Fees for injectable procedures must be paid via debit or credit (no personal checks please).
Cosmetic surgery: all fees for surgery must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the surgery date.
In order to serve our patients better, we strive to schedule adequate time for each visit. Typically we schedule 45 minutes for our cosmetic consultations. Therefore, missed appointments are very costly to our practice.
